Yes! Simply select the pick up option at checkout and pick up your order from the official BIGSOUND Merch Booth during the festival. Pick up is available from 1–3 September 2026 only.

To help ensure you receive your merchandise, orders placed close to the festival may be automatically changed to pick up if there isn't enough time for delivery. If this happens, your order will be ready for collection at the official BIGSOUND Merch Booth between 1–3 September.

We recommend ordering as early as possible. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, and ordering early gives you the best chance of receiving your merchandise before BIGSOUND begins.

Orders are dispatched via standard shipping, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location.
